At Scorpion GI, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if it doesn't fit or meet your performance standards, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your gear is in its original condition, unwashed, and with all tags attached; please note that items used in training cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose between a refund or exchange.
Package and Ship
Securely pack your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided by our system, then drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange gear within 5-7 business days.
